One double and two twin rooms are available throughout the year and are tastefully and comfortably furnished to a high standard. Each room has hot and cold water, tea making facilities, a television set and wonderful views of the gardens and surrounding countryside. Our spacious bedrooms are complemented by two large bathroom/shower rooms, exclusively for guests use.

A lounge/sitting room with an open fire, television, and DVD and video players is available for the comfort of our guests, whilst in better weather there are lovely places to sit outside and enjoy a cup of tea and the gardens.

Rates: from £28 per person per night. Reduced rate for children. Babies free.

Breakfasts are cooked to order on the Aga, using fresh farm eggs and local produce whenever possible. Guests are offered a traditional English cooked breakfast with toast and locally produced jams and marmalade, or any combination of available items, or, if preferred, a continental breakfast. Children, vegetarians and special diets can be catered for.

The menu can vary according to your wishes, but we can always offer the following:

Fresh fruit, a choice of breakfast cereals, orange juice

Local sausages, dry-cured bacon, mushrooms cooked in butter with ground black pepper, oven baked tomato, eggs (fried/boiled/scrambled/poached)

Village Bakery brown or white toast, home-made jam and marmalade, and honey

Various teas, coffee or hot chocolate
